Power Yoga

Power yoga is a dynamic, energising form of exercise that sculpts, hones and tones every muscle in your body.
Gain the functional strength that you expect from weight-training at a gym, the heart-health benefits you expect from cardio work, and the full body mobility and calm, focused mind that only yoga delivers.
A class designed to help you feel strong, to be mobile and to sculpt your body.
Students will need to be able to weight bear on their hands (ie do hi to low plank), have had some experience of yoga, be prepared to sweat and a reasonable fitness level.
